All Tailed have matching tail and ears of their incorporated animal. Some also have fur and/or teeth that are somewhat modified and/or animalistic eye colors. The commonality of all of these traits varies by species, though none are unheard of in any species. Animalistic eye colors in some species may grant improved sight in the dark, due to the luminous membrane that makes the colors, but the eye's shape will still be human, and so the Tailed's sight will still be closer to that of a human than their animal. Bear Tailed - Tail: Very short and wedge-shaped, covered in short dense fur
- Ears: Small and rounded, furred similarly to tail
- Fur: The bear tailed are a rather hairy lot, with the majority of them being furred from top to toe. Fur is mostly short and dense though some, more often males, have a thick mane-like ruff about their neck and shoulders. Chocolate brown is the most common colour, followed by black and then white. Most of the remainder are slate grey with creamy markings on their chests and around their eyes, while the rarest of all is a blocky black and white mix.
- Eyes: Usually normal, with a tendency towards dark browns and near blacks. About a quarter will have animalistic eyes, here meaning that they have no visible sclera.
- Teeth: Usually normal, though where they are not human they are extremely bear-like, with very elongated canines.
