I don't know if this really goes here, but I don't see a general "silly prattling" OOC board so here goes nothin'.
I listen to a lot of music for my characters. I love music. It's what ~inspires~ me and I figure I'll share my loooove.
Though to be honest what I listen to isn't too obscure and you've probably heard of most of the artists. Anyway, here goes.

ALEIPH
Her main sound is Florence + The Machine, particularly Rabbit Heart. But I figure that her genderbent version's music (some of it) could also work. By this I mean The Birthday Massacre, particularly Kill the Lights. Though she's already a very different character from her genderbent original, and if you saw the two of them in play, it'd be uh, very interesting.
NYCHE
...here's where you lose all respect for me, because I listen to Skrillex while writing Nyche. There's something about the loud club music that draws her out. I like the one featuring Wolfgang Gartner called The Devil's Den. I also listen to Gordin Goodwin's Big Phat Band. Jazz Police, anyone? And then for a mix between swing and electronic house, I give you the electroswing artist Parov Stelar and the tune Catgroove. Yeah, only instrumentals. I don't really have lyrics, sorry.
NASARIN
I don't really have lyrics for him, either. I think Klippa and Jackal Queenston (both basically Renard) will fit, but mostly Jackal Queenston. King Vicious has a sick beat, and I absolutely love it. Jackal Queenston is more in-your-face, though. I prefer the darker ambiance of Klippa, as seen in Come Back Home. I mostly listen to silence when coming up with posts for him, though, to be honest, since it's hard to get in his mind with noise. If you're up for video game music, Kraken Kaos Remix is a cool mix of an Earthbound tune. I like wordless music because there's no need to take lyrics wrong and you can just enjoy the music for what it is, so most of my characters have some variant of wordless music.
